Practice Print

Contemplation has three main pillars:

• The gathering of one’s consciousness using breathing or a specific focus or word.
• Complete and utter concentration, allowing “the naked blind feeling of being” or “complete, loving attentiveness”.
• Mindfulness while walking or working, and in all our movements.


The practice of Contemplation can lead us into a state of alertness or undivided awareness, a state of presence that is not to be judged or assessed.
